i will be launching my new blogsite… soooon….

a glimpse of the reality…

… i had been posting fun and happy moments in my life… but, we could not stay away from reality thus at times we should face the real world that is full of pains and distress…

…i had been raised with great respect and fear with my elders including to my parents… though i know that they are at times not right, i would just shut my mouth up and silently let my tears flow down my cheeks ..
but still i never had let hatred grew into my heart …

…since, i had been dreaming of staying away from home.. to stay away from reality… my miserable life… i maybe over reacting with my situation and i know that others had worser situation.. but i never had a perfect
family.. and had never felt blessed before… but through prayers i had learned to accept and understand them which made me thankful that i still have them… though i must admit that my father was doing some of his
responsibilities  but never been a “father” to us… but still i will not see this world without him…

…i usually find my happiness and love from my friends… what’s good about it was i now had a lot of friends… real friends…

…because i always thought of my future, i was determined to finish my studies and so i did… and was not lost on track.. if i only let my emotions control my life i may still be in school or worst never finished college…

…so i did… went to cebu, hoping to find my dreams and happiness … i did asked for some assistance from my mom at first cause i must admit i needed some moral and financial support before i could be independent…
i now had been enjoying my life… a single life in which my only worries is what food to eat, where to go to spend time with my friends and what to do to completely reach my goals… i may some sort of selfish, as am too focused with myself .. i never thought how is my mom and my siblings… i know it is not right but i dont want to feel the pain again… still, i could not escape from reality as they are my family… i need to keep in touch and know whats happening rather than saying hi, hello with them when i go home or when i send an sms…

…back to reality — i know there is a problem or there are problems but am very hesitant to know.. i know my mom is hurt so much with this even she does not show it… when you look at her, she maybe the strongest person u’ll ever known, and in some ways had a heart of stone but i know deep inside she’s fragile as a glass… specially when i saw her when she weeps silently…

…i maybe silent, but i know and understands each of our personalities (at home).. we may be different when we are with our friends when we are in our house… but one thing i know we search for friendship, trust and love…

…i guess we are just too practical not to be lost.. but still ones’ personality and attitude would still depend on how they were brought up

…now, am waiting… and trying to find a strength inorder to face this… am now again wearing my mask showing to everyone that everything is fine… even am already bleeding inside..

Team Building @ Hidden Paradise video

Hidden Paradise

March 21-23, 2009 – Our teambuilding – held at Hidden Paradise.  It is a mountain resort located at Brgy. Ilaya San Fernando, Cebu City.  If you don’t have a car (hehe) you may reach the place by riding a habal-habal (motorcycle) which will cost you 30 pesos each person.  It is about 5 kms. away from the national highway.

It is such a nice place, a place where you can relax and be away from the very busy city for awhile.  The place was surrounded by green trees and different plants which gives fresh and cool air.  It has 4 pools, there is a 3 feet pool which are good for the kids and for those who can’t swim, i guess, just like me <lol>.  It has dormitory rooms which are ideal for barkadas/ groups.  I guess we only paid for about 3,500 and it has 5 double decks already (good for 10 person).  The room is big enough which can accomodate up to 15 persons, you just need to add 150/head. However, they also have rooms which are good for 2 persons and also an executive rooms which are good for 4 persons and with this you have your own executive pool. The prices are surely affordable.

It was another place that I and my teammates had visited.  The experience is unforgettable, a memory that il surely keep.

MountainView Escapade

February 10, 2009 @ 6.30am… an ordinary rainy morning… just finished our shift for the day and is excited with the rest day.  My teammates and i decided to eat @ TESDA before going home… however while we were talking… it suddenly came from nowhere the idea of going out and have some FUN that day… We then decided to go to MountainView (take note it is raining — lol).  We rode in a habal-habal (a motorcycle) for additional adventure to reach the top of the mountain.  

Anyways, MOUNTAIN VIEW NATURE’S PARK is located at Sitio Gorohe, Busay, Cebu City.  There is view deck where you can see the entire city view. It is situated near the cool flower gardens of Busay. The park comes with a mini-zoo, accommodations, and canteen.

I like the place, the views were great, it is really a nice place to visit with your friends and family.  We really had fun despite the weather, it was cold and foggy (as u could notice with the pictures)

… i had already decided to stick with i.ph at the moment… it is convenient for me as i could check and update my posts anytime anywhere as long as i have an internet connection.. and i dont need to reupload stuffz/files just to update the page… hehe… however, am on a night shift now and i dont have much time to create my new post.. anywayz, i’ll surely have some time next time… ^_^

I never liked it, i never learned to love it, it was never fun to me… but because  of the friendship that i had found which means so much to me – i stayed…
.. i had reached the top that i never thought i could.. it may just happen once as this will surely come to an end…  but am so glad i did…

Would just like to share my fav’rite foods in every fastfoods… I know eating in a fastfood is not good to my health… but what can you do if your away from home with no personal kitchen…  lolz… anywayz, since college i am used with this lifestyle and fudtrip  is our hobby (with my friends and rummates)… lolz.. it may not be too obvious  in my physical appearance but i love to eat yummy foooodz a lot… ^_^

Here are my lists:
McDo - chicken with spag, chicken nuggets with fries, cheeseburger, double cheesburger, fries with sundae/cokefloat
Jollibee - chicken with spag, jollihotdog, fries, peachmango pie,  TLC, palabok, frost, shanghia
KFC - chicken with spag (still, ^.^), chicken fillet, funshots, ceasar salad
Pizza Hut - still like their pizza (had their taste that i could not find in any other pizza house)
Greenwich - still pizza (not into it so much), pearl coolers
Chowking - beef chao fan, halo-halo, siomai, shanghai
Mang Inasal - love their chicken inasal, makes me feel closer to my home sweet home
Kenny Rogers - roasted chicken, love their chicken macaroni salad
Maxx - love the chicken still (but not the prize, lolz)

Sinulog ‘09

The Sinulog is an annual festival held on the third Sunday of January in Cebu City, Philippines. The festival honors the child Jesus, known as the Santo Niño (Holy Child), patron of the city of Cebu. It is a dance ritual that commemorates the Cebuano people’s pagan origin, and their acceptance of Christianity.

The festival features a street parade with participants in bright-colored costumes dancing to the rhythm of drums, trumpets, and native gongs. Smaller versions of the festival are held in various parts of the province, also to celebrate, and honor the Santo Niño. There is also a “Sinulog sa Kabataan”, performed by the youths of Cebu a week before the grand parade.

Recently, the festival has been promoted as a tourist attraction, with a contest featuring contingents from various parts of the country. The Sinulog Contest is usually held in the Cebu City Sports Complex.

  … this year was my first time to witness and enjoy the sinulog festival.. thankz to my teammates … lolz… despite of our work schedule, we still manage to go out and enjoy.. we started our fun last saturday (jan. 17, 2008) after our shift… we went to fuente.. picture taking as usual… walk from fuente to jones… ate at mc do….. picture2x.. again… lolz… and finally got tired and decided to go home…
… we then decided, to went to our booth in the morning (Jan. 18, 2009)… as we got one.. lolz…
… at 10 am, we met at ayala .. and walk .. walk.. walk again lolz… your wonderin why there are a lot
of walk.. hehe.. cause u can no longer commute as the roads where closed due to the parade… anywayz,, u won’t feel too tired when you’re enjoying it..
… to continue, we finally reached our destination, which is our booth, after an hour and a half of walking, it spent that long not because its too far but because of the human traffic .. lolz… at our booth, i got a free henna tattoo.. yahooo.. lolz.. i got a dragon in my arms..
… during the parade.. we saw some celebrities… Marian Rivera (who’s really pretty and sexy), KC Conception and Richard  Gutierrez  (who really looks good as well)…
… anywayz, we stopped our fun as we got to work…
… after our shift.. we went straight back to our booth.. and the party begins.. i mean the inuman begins..lolz
… well… we had fun, fun, fun and a lots of fun… and ends up… we all got drunk.. lolz
… i won’t mention the bloopers and the details that happen because its kinda shhhhhh (lolz, its our secret for those who were there only )… but it is surely a memory worth keeping…
… the celebration of sugbuhanons were really different from other places that i had went… you would really see the importance of this event from their lives.
and had took this time to build a much stronger bond with their families…
… i had actually realized from my 1 year stay here in Cebu, that i actually like the place.. going to Manila is already removed from my plans… I like the people here.. the lifestyle… the food (uhmmm.. not really the food.. lolz)..  but all in all… i Love Cebu… !!!
